Yes, you will need access to a gym. Your training programme will include the use of barbells, dumbbells and machines.
What’s the difference between the 'Monthly' and 'Weekly' plan?
There are two differences. ▫️ Frequency of Check-in ▫️ Programme Detail (Monthly: Sets & Reps) (Weekly: Sets, Reps & Weight)
How do I get started?
