Being the ‘skinny fat’ kid at school, I started training from a young age. Initially, the gym was a unhealthy obsession; as I sacrificed both my social life and relationship with food, in the pursuit of a six-pack.
Every calorie was counted, every workout was completed, and my part-time job at the time was purely to fuel my supplement addiction. Even worse, I'd always find a reason to not go out with friends; as I feared I'd ruin all my hard work.
Fortunately, despite these initial difficulties, I studied exercise and physiology at University and ultimately just made a lot of mistakes, to the point whereby I now know what it takes to achieve your goals, without the unnecessary sacrifice.
In 2014, I qualified as a Personal Trainer.
Since then, I’ve been documenting my own fitness journey online, and I've spent 1000’s of hours on the gym floor; training people face-face. I then moved online so I could provide more support, to more people.
My speciality is physique development and hybrid training. I strongly believe people can have the best of both worlds; aesthetics and pace. I go against the norm of having a 'runners build' in order to run fast, and I'd love to show you how it's done!

3. Bespoke Weights: Advanced (Sets & Reps) / Hybrid (Sets, Reps & Weight)
Only with the 'Hybrid' plan.
With the 'Advanced' plan, you'll be programmed Sets & Reps but you can personally note your weights (in-app) every workout, and look back at what you've lifted as and when, to ensure you're continually making progress.
