What are my qualifications?

Who do I coach?
My client base is both male and female aged between 25-65. Ultimately, if you’re confident using your phone, my online coaching will work effortlessly; as it’s all in one app. Whether you’re new to training or conversely very experienced, I believe I can help. Typically, my clients are working towards: ▫️Fat Loss ▫️Marathons ▫️Buidling Confidence In many cases, it’s a combination of all the above.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes, you will need access to a gym. Your training programme will include the use of barbells, dumbbells and machines.
What’s the difference between the 'Monthly' and 'Weekly' plan?
There are two differences. ▫️ Frequency of Check-ins ▫️ Programme Detail (Monthly: Sets & Reps) (Weekly: Sets, Reps & Weight)
What plan is best for me?
Weekly Coaching ▫️Inexperienced ▫️Time Sensitive Goals (e.g. Marathon, Holiday) ▫️Busy Lifestyle (Work, Travel etc.) ▫️Hybrid Programming Ultimately, if you want results quicker and if you want a FULLY bespoke gym programme, this plan is most suitable. Typical example is someone who has a busy work/family life and who wants to improve body composition and overall performance. Monthly Coaching ▫️Not Time Sensitive ▫️Experienced ▫️Long Term Goals If you’re confident picking your own weights in the gym, and if your goals aren’t immediate (within 3 months), this plan is most suitable.
Can I change my coaching plan?
Yes. You can change between the 'Monthly' and 'Weekly' plan as and when you feel the need to.
What if I don't want a running plan?
A running plan is optional, and you can opt to not have one. Your coaching experience will not be impacted by this request.
How do I get started?
Simply choose a plan, and make your first monthly/weekly payment. You’ll then be sent an email, with a link to my coaching app.
Can I get a refund?
I'll give you a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not happy with my service.
